For example, while we would certainly expand this resource center to provide you multiple options to choose from within a given professional category (such as insurance agents, or real estate brokers, etc.), we are going list only one local professional within a given category (an insurance agent, or a real estate broker, etc.) per company.

While our goal is to bring to you several excellent options to choose from, we are certainly going to try and spare you having to wade through multiple listings for a given company.

For example, if you were looking for local banks to finance/refinance a new/existing loan or to open a new checking account, expect this Chicago Rental Properties Resource Center to provide you information on several leading lending institutions (such as local-area Preferred Lenders/Banks such as WAMU, Chase/J.P.Morgan, National City Bank etc.), but we will be listing not more than one branch location per bank. Similarly, in stead of listing every Chicago Realtor and every Real Estate Agent affiliated with a national real estate company (such as Coldwell Banker, ReMAX, etc.), we would feature only one real estate professional affiliated with such companies -one per region/company.
